Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 2026

The short version: We store the information your club needs to function. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it for anything beyond running the platform. We collect no analytics and use no third-party tracking.

The rest of this page explains that in more detail.

Who we are

Nockpoint is a club management platform for archery clubs. When we say "we" or "Nockpoint" in this document, we mean the people who operate Nockpoint at hello@nockpoint.io.

If you have any questions about how your data is handled, contact us directly at that address.

What we store and why

We only store information that is necessary for the platform to work. Specifically:

We do not ask for your address, phone number, date of birth, payment details, or anything else that is not directly relevant to running a club.

What we do not do

Who can see your data

Access to your data within the platform is restricted by role:

We — the Nockpoint operators — have access to the underlying data for the purpose of maintaining the platform, investigating faults, and responding to support requests. We do not access member data for any other purpose.

We do not disclose data to third parties except where required by law. If we ever receive a legal request for data, we will notify the affected user before complying unless we are prohibited from doing so.

Where your data is stored

All data is stored on servers in the EU. We do not transfer data outside the EU. We do not use cloud services based outside the EU for data storage or processing.

How long we keep your data

We keep your account and records for as long as your club is active on the platform. If you ask us to delete your account, we will remove your personal details. Anonymised competition results — scores and rankings with no name attached — may be retained as part of a club's historical record if the club requests it.

To request deletion, email hello@nockpoint.io.

Your rights

You have the right to:

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@nockpoint.io. We will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

The web application uses a single session cookie to keep you logged in. It contains no personal information — only a token that the server uses to identify your session. No third-party cookies are set.

The mobile app does not use cookies. Authentication tokens are stored in the device's secure storage.

Changes to this policy

If we make changes to this policy that affect how your data is used, we will notify club admins by email before those changes take effect. The updated policy will also be published here with a revised date.

We will not make changes that weaken the protections described here without explicit consent from affected clubs.

Contact
